Service Process of Creating a Model

The following are some frequently asked questions and information during the Model building process.

We already have the 3D model file, do we still need to create a 3D model on your side? 

If you already have a 3D model with artistic effects, then you can use our app directly;

If you only have a 3D model without artistic effects but you have the demand for variants/customizing, then we need to re-build the 3D model with customized components and we will add artistic effects for you, then you can use our app directly.

 How many times can we adjust the model/details? Will it charge if we want to modify the artistic effect/details?

There is no modified time limit if the model effect doesn't meet your needs, which means that we will modify the model until you are satisfied, and in this process, we will not charge you. 

If we have lots of variants/customized components, do we need to create the model for every variant? 

If the model includes the customized components/variants, then you can set it up a 3D customizer in our app, which will be applied to the model.

Is it complicated to connect the model to my store? Will it down my store performance? 

It is not complicated to connect the model to your store, and both our model and app will not influence the page loading speed and store performance.
